The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others.

We can't keep Matlacha quaint and funky and artsy and cool by ourselves...it's a group effort!  If you live here part time, full time, are a business owner, or just plain love visiting this island - it's time to get involved and have your voice be heard!  There are always efforts underway to undermine our way of life on the island - it takes the entire community to keep an eye on what's coming down the pipe and and help spread the word about important legislation and county/city changes we all need to be aware of.
